Are all of your sweets vegetarian/vegan?
YES. Here at Mooie’s Sweets we pride ourselves on our 100% vegan, cruelty free products.
All of our sweets are free from gelatine, honey, cochineal, milk, animal derived E numbers or colours, eggs and beeswax.

Can I customise what pick and mix sweets are included in my package?
Of course! Simply drop us a message at checkout with the sweets you would/would not like included in your order. Customisation is subject to stock availability but we will do our very best to accommodate you and will contact you if we cannot fully meet your sweet needs.
Are all of your sweets gluten free or nut free?
Some of our sweets are. Please check the ingredients list on each individual product for more information. Unfortunately we cannot ensure that the factories the sweets are made in do not handle gluten or nut ingredients.
Is all of your packaging recyclable? How do I dispose of it correctly?
All our products are 100% recyclable or biodegradable.
Both our 500g and 1kg sweetie bags and our mailing bags are made of biodegradable packaging, you can either put them into your compost bin or dispose of by general waste. The packaging takes between 6-12 months to fully biodegrade in the correct conditions.
For all of our other products (including all gift wrapping and sticky tape) simply place them into your recycle bin.
Are your bags made of plastic?
Although our 500g and 1kg bags look like plastic- don’t be fooled! They are actually made from a product called cellulose. Cellulose is a substance from a plant’s cell wall, this can be extracted from waste plant material to produce the film used in these bags. They are naturally biodegradable and leave no trace on our beautiful planet.
Can you provide gift wrapping?
We can indeed! Simply select gift wrapping at checkout and enter your personalised message.
Can you arrange larger orders for special events?
Absolutely! We can provide bespoke and customisable sweet packages to suit any occasion. Please visit our events page for more information on how to add an extra bit of sugar to your next party!
How long does shipping take?
All of our orders are individually hand picked and so dispatch times may be 1-2 days after you have placed your order.
Next day delivery orders cannot be guaranteed delivery for next day unless ordered before 11am.
All items are posted via our courier, Hermes. We cannot be held responsible for delays which occur outside of our control.
Can I return my item?
All of our products are classified as perishable goods and so we cannot issue refunds or accept returns. If you wish to cancel your order please let us know; if we have not yet posted your product then we will be happy to issue a full refund in this case.
If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of your order.
I live in Liverpool, how do I get free delivery?
If you have a Liverpool postcode (L1 - L30 & L36 only), you will be able to select free local delivery at checkout. Your sweets will then be personally delivered by us! Lucky you!
I ordered my package to the wrong address, what do I do?
Don’t panic! Make sure you contact us as soon as possible so we can alter your details before dispatch. If it’s too late and the item is delivered to the wrong address, we will only be able to issue a refund if the original product is returned to us which can take up to a month. We will only be able to issue you with a refund of the cost of the order excluding delivery fees.
